Robert P. Lerette

Rob began his career as an Engineering Technician at Sitelines in 1994. For decades, he has assisted our Civil Engineers and Land Surveyors with thousands of projects. This historical knowledge along with his expertise in AutoCAD, Carlson Design Software and other software is essential in all aspects of Design Services including Conceptual Site Design, Site Grading and Drainage, On-site Traffic Circulation Planning, Construction Monitoring, Alta Plan Drafting as well as Building Plan Drafting.

Cynthia A. McDermott

Cynthia is the Administrative Manager for Sitelines.  Cynthia has over 30 years of experience specializing in Project Administration,  Accounting and Front Office Management for Civil Engineering and Land Surveying firms.  She joined Sitelines in 2007.

 

 

Curtis J. Haslip, P.L.S

Curtis is a Professional Land Surveyor with over 8 years of experience. His interest in land surveying began while serving in the Marine Corps in the Artillery Surveying & Meteorology field. Curtis holds an Associate Degree in Architecture and Civil Engineering Technology. He became a licensed Professional Land Survey in 2019. His services include boundary and topographic surveys, construction layout, ALTA/ACSM Title Surveys, flood hazard determinations and mortgage loan inspections.

Joseph J. Marden, P.E. – Engineering Manager

Joe is a Registered Professional Engineer with over 10 years of experience in civil engineering design and permitting serving as a Project Engineer and Project Manager.  These services include, grading, utility and drainage design, lighting design, state, local and environmental permitting, cost estimating, construction drawings and specifications and construction observation.  In his role as Engineering Manager,  Joe utilizes his vast knowledge and expertise to lead the team in all aspects of civil engineering.  He joined Sitelines in 2011.

Bruce W. Martinson, P.L.S. – Vice President

Bruce is a Professional Land Surveyor with over 30 years of experience in all facets of land surveying services. In his role as Survey Manager, he is responsible for survey operations, records and title research, and quality control. His survey services include boundary and topographic surveys, expert witness testimony, heavy construction layout, record drawings, ALTA/ACSM Title Surveys for any size project and flood hazard determinations. He also has extensive experience in ordinance interpretation and representation before various municipal review boards.

Kevin P. Clark, P.L.S. – President

Kevin is a Professional Land Surveyor with over 30 years of experience in the land use consulting field. Kevin joined Sitelines in 1999 and has progressively assumed additional responsibility, becoming a principal owner in 2006 and president in 2009. In addition to daily corporate management responsibilities, Kevin is responsible for project management of surveying and site design projects ranging from residential subdivisions to commercial and industrial site developments.
